Close to walled city, nice waiter, good sheets and towels, clean room and bathroom, gracious cleaning ladies.

Easy access, with good directional signage, from main roads and easy access (5-10 minute walk) to shopping, dining, etc. within walled city. Also, handy to train station. Nice breakfast, free parking and free WiFi.

Not a "marble palace" property, but quite adequate, clean and good value for the money.

Private parking was free. Hotel location is just outside of the city walls. Reception staff was polite and helpful.

Despite being next to the train station, it didn't affect our stay. There's a second Balletti hotel nearby, which is advertised as better (ie. swimming pool, etc.), although this one was appropriate for the season.

De plus, nous avons apprécié la commodité du parking juste à l'extérieur de la résidence, qui pouvait accueillir nos trois petites voitures.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location of this place is superb, as it is directly next to the train station and just outside the city walls. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the beautiful surroundings. The service here was top-notch, with efficient room service and diligent housekeeping. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided in our room, including heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area and in-room safe added to our comfort and convenience. We also appreciated the garden furniture, allowing us to relax and enjoy the lovely outdoor space. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and we enjoyed our evenings winding down with the television and am/fm alarm clock. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, making our stay even more enjoyable. The dining experience at the restaurant was delightful, and the bar/lounge area provided a great spot to unwind after a long day. The breakfast each morning was delicious and provided a great start to our day. Finally, the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable and enjoyable.
